Jamaican Soursop Ginger Detox Tea, Herbal Teas, Lemon or Lime water, Distilled water or spring water. Fruit smoothies or fresh juiced vegetables and fruits are great as well
Dates, prunes, bananas, apples, mangoes, pineapples, strawberries, all kinds of berries, limes, lemons oranges, grapes, cherries... Most fruits are fine. You can eat these raw or make them into smoothies or juices. (these can be frozen, but no canned fruits they contain lots of unnatural sugars to preserve them)
Spinach, Arugula, Kale, (all types of greens) cucumbers, carrots, celery, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions. All types of squash, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, avocado, all types of peppers. (most vegetables should be fine but starchy vegetables such as potatoes can be held off of for now) You can eat these as a salad with a oil and vinegar or LIGHTLY saute n coconut oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, or walnut oil. Do not deep fry or use vegetable or animal fats. These are the bad kinds of fats and are not healthy.
SNACK ON NUTS, DRIED BERRIES, VEGGIES AND FRUITS. PREPARE YOUR MEALS TO BE SUCCESSFUL! NO RICE, BREAD, FRIED FOODS, MEATS, STORE BOUGHT JUICES OR CEREALS. USE ZUCCHINI OR SPAGHETTI SQUASH IF YOU WANT TO HAVE NOODLES!
