By now I'm sure you've heard of all the wonderful benefits of Soursop from Facebook, health concious friends and Google. But, what are the real facts about this wonderful herb that seems to have come out of no where.

Soursop has not actually came out of thin air (duh) but has been used as a herbal remedy for centuries. In Africa, South America, the Caribbean and Southern Asia, Soursop has been used as a treatment for ailments in many from the time of birth. While the leaves of the Soursop are our subject, the fruit is very tasty as well and is used to treat infections with viruses or parasites, rheumatism, arthritis, depression, and sickness. 

Soursop has become more relevant in the last years due to the increase of intrest in healthy living and eating. Who can blame us though, in this age where everyone is getting cancer, overweight and just plain sick. The benefits of Soursop are so vast its no wonder that many are calling it a miracle herb.
